Project Focus: Next, we delve into the heart of what you want to get out of the session, for example- laundry or working on a piece of work. Participants/body double will articulate the specific project or task they’re working on. Whether it’s a professional assignment, personal project, or a passion pursuit, this is your time to shine a spotlight on your goals.
Time Allocation: Once project(s) are shared, the group collaboratively/your body double decides on the duration of focused work time. With cameras on, everyone commits to dedicating this time solely to their chosen task or project. This collective effort fosters a sense of accountability and shared motivation.
Self-Care Commitment: As the productive session concludes, we discuss self-care. Each participant reflects on the week ahead and decides on a specific self-care action. This could be as simple as a walk in nature, practising mindfulness, or enjoying a favourite hobby.
