Our six-week coaching program designed to help individuals who are neurodivergent, however neurotypical individuals can also benefit from. Our programme is designed to help individuals improve their focus, productivity, and overall well-being through a range of tailored coaching sessions.

Week 1: Understanding Neurodiversity

In the first week of our programme, we will explore what neurodiversity means and how it can be an asset in various fields.

Week 2: Time Management Strategies

In the second week, we will focus on time management strategies that can be tailored to individual needs. We will explore different ways to structure and plan your day to help you maximise productivity avoid burnout.

Week 3: Managing Emotions and Stress

We will focus on emotional regulation and stress management techniques in the third week.

Week 4: Communication and Social Skills

In the fourth week, we will explore communication and social skills that are essential for building relationships and collaborating with others.

Week 5: Executive Functioning Strategies

In the fifth week, we will explore executive functioning strategies that can be tailored to individual needs. We will focus on improving organisation, planning, and decision-making skills and explore how to manage impulsivity and procrastination.

Week 6: Career Development and Goal Setting

In the final week of our program, we will focus on career development and goal setting. We will explore how to identify your strengths and interests and how to leverage them to achieve your career goals. We will also discuss developing a career plan and setting achievable goals.
